Dr. Gay Cass of the Christian Anti Defamation Commission brings up a good point.  "If 2 Muslims, 2 feminists, 2 homosexuals were murdered wouldn't the media be all over it?...the media does not seem to care." He is referring to 2 young men that were sharing their faith with a homeless man.  The homeless man shot them to death. Did you hear anything in the news?  Pray for Christians not only here in the US, but in other nations.  They are persecuted, and in some nations killed for believeing in Christ. Pray for God's protection.
 
Continue to pray for our schools.  Friday in Madison. AL a ninth grader shot another ninth grader in the head. Pray for the students who may have witnessed this, pray for the family of the young student, and pray for the family of the shooter.  Pray God's peace over this community.
 
Continue to pray for Haiti.  Pray for the 10 people that were accused of taking 33 children.  They thought they were doing a good deed by taking them to an orphanage in the Dominican Republic.  Pray for God's truth to come out if there was an agenda let it be revealed. Pray for the judge that is listening to this case. Pray for wisdom and discerment. Each sentence carries a penalty of 5-15 years in prison.
 As you pray for Haiti, pray for the people who practice vodoo as their religion, pray they are able to discern the truth about who God is and their particular beliefs.
 
Continue to pray for marriages, pray for fidelity, honesty, a deeper love for one another.  Pray for relationships.  Pray for those spouses that have been betrayed.  Pray they can turn to God with their hurt...remember Jesus was betrayed by those He loved.  He can help you heal.
 
Former pastor of Double Rock Baptist church is in jail.  He took $800,000 from his congregation.  Pray for this man for God to restore him, pray he seeks God all over again and allows Him to restore him.  Pray for all our spiritual leaders.  The enemy wants them to fall and Jesus is crucified all over again.  Pray they are protected from the "things of this world".
 
The mid-atlantic region, the northeast, and DC may be getting a heavy snow storm.  Pray there be no casualties of the this snow storm.
 
This week, if you do not communicate with God start.  Talk to Him for just 15 min. a day.  His ears are attentive to those who earnestly seek Him.
